Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your original Muck Boots packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure the boots are clean and include all original tags to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
